Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To start a return please contact us at with your order number and we will assist you with your return. You can also call 714-401-8838 and ask for Doris who can also assist you in starting your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note all returned lamps will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Our FREE SHIPPING promotion is a courtesy on orders and an applicable charge will be deducted when the credit is processed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once goods are received and inspected allow up to 2-3 business days to process your refund and additional time for the refund to show up on your payment account. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
